Oh How They Grow…

Marty, Teri and Lexi came to see me to do a Year In The Life sessions. We started with maternity for obvious reasons. Here are a few images from that session as well as Sean’s newborn, 3 month, 6 month and 9 month sessions. I can’t wait for them to celebrate Sean’s first birthday. 😀

My darling niece recently graduated from high school. We did some very informal and fun photos for her graduation announcements. Good luck at college!

My adorable niece Hailey is already one. We celebrated this milestone with a new family portrait.

Suzi and her babies…

Suzi was sending her girl Silky out to retire in the lush green pastures of Colorado. After a long life as a camping, trail and rehab horse, it was time for Silky to have a well deserved retirement. Of course we had to do a portrait of Sinbad and Cheyenne as well.

Bart, Tim, Murphy and Zoa…

I see these sweet little kids at least once a year. I always remember to bring them something special – usually temporary tattoos and am amazed at how much they’ve grown.

Christine and Cadence…

Sweet maternity then adorable newborn photos. This little one has grown so much since I did these sessions. Don’t you just love how expressive newborns can be? 😀

Mindi & Heather… Old Hollywood, True Blue Style

As a photographer I am constantly working on perfecting my art, learning more and relearning things that I haven’t used in a while. (Sometimes too long). So in my effort to add more skills to my photo tool belt, I try to do a personal project once a month using sets, equipment and lighting that I don’t use every day. This time I busted out my old Novatron lights and some satin sheets and enlisted the help of a couple of friends to work up a little Old Hollywood Magic. Thanks to Mindi and Heather for helping me with this fun shoot. While neither of them are models, both of them very well could be.
