Bart, Liz and the boys joined me on at the Seal Beach pier two weeks ago for some fun and portraits. Little Bart, Timmy and Murphy all had a great time building forts with a toy rake that they found. They even had a quiet moment with their mom watching the sun set.
Babies have a mind of their own and Ryan is no exception. While he is normally a very happy baby, he was a bit cranky the afternoon his mom Amber and I met up to take his portraits. Some days are just like that. After trying unsuccessfully to get him to cooperate in the studio we went to Plan B which consisted of lunch at the Yardhouse in Shoreline Village. Ryan quickly went from fussy to fun. Must have been the yummy fish and chips.

And finally… a photo with Mom
Last week I photographed Mackenzie and Chloe and we started with them jumping on their Mom & Dad’s bed. What fun! The girls showed me their rooms and their favorite snuggly toys. Chloe just loves her Bun-Bun! After a while, we headed out to the back yard for more playtime and Mackenzie found a ladybug and after showing her Mom and baby sister, she gently put it on a flower. We then headed off to Mackenzie’s dance performance where her and the other little girls did tap, ballet and stretching routines. We finished up the session with a photo of Mackenzie, her best friends Kate and Chloe after their performance.
I met up with Katherine in Simi Valley for her senior session a couple of weeks ago along with her step mom Angie. We started off at an old ranch site where westerns were filmed years ago then headed off to a cool old train stop for a change of location. It was a hot and dusty day but Katherine was such a trooper and never stopped smiling.
I met Leticia down at Seal Beach to do her senior portrait session a couple of weeks ago. The school photographer had already taken care of her traditional yearbook photo but she wanted to have some fun photos that showed her personality. A couple of her friends came to cheer her on and since she loves to surf, she brought her board along as well.
